The distinct look of the 200 series ovens is defined by the compact LCD control module. The multiple-glazed doors can be opened at full height and the side – left or right, depending on installation. Optimum visibility is provided by the panorama view and halogen lighting. 76cm ovens can be install3ed one above the other and 60cm ovens can also be installed side by side.
The BX280 consists of two ovens with a total of 17 different heating methods meaning several dishes can be prepared simultaneously.
Pressureless steam is one of the most effective and healthy cooking methods. The Combi-steam oven combines with hot air enabling steaming, baking, simmering, braising, regenerating and extracting juice. The BO 220 (capable of 9 different heating methods) and BO 250 (capable of 12 different heating methods) will accommodate the baking stone turning it into a real brick oven.
Unlike the BO 250 the BS 274 Combi-steam oven has a fixed inlet and outlet water connection enabling five humidity levels which can combine with temperatures up to 230⁰c.
There are many oven variants offered by Gaggenau in finishes to suit the most discerning customer.

VENTILATION

With the increase of kitchens being integrated into living areas ventilation has become more important than ever. Functionality does not compromise design with Gaggenau. All ventilation requirements are covered by the Gaggenau range; table, downdraft, wall, island, flat and canopy including the aerodynamic Coanda hood.
REFRIGERATION

Gaggenau have invested in the development of their refrigeration range to provide fridges with up to 5 different climate zones to wine cooling cabinets that are virtually vibration-free. The 400 Series can be entirely integrated into standard 600mm niches and were deliberately designed to match the ovens and Combi-steam ovens of the 200 Series. Connoisseurs will appreciate the gentle wine tempering, untreated beech trays, lockable doors and three independently controlled climate zones of the RW 496 wine cabinet.
The Vario cooling 400 Series is the first modular system made from fully integrated built-in appliances. Refrigerators, freezers, fridge-freezer combinations and wine cabinets can be combined in countless variations to form an elegant cooling wall.
DISHWASHING

Gaggenau’s new Vario dishwashers take just 57 minutes to wash and dry a fully loaded machine. The Zeolite innovative technology is partly responsible for this incredible performance. Silicate material absorbs moisture and releases heat in the process enabling programme times to be shortened, energy savings or increased drying performance. Zeolite completely regenerates after each wash cycle and lasts as long as the machine itself. In addition to Vario dishwashers which come integrated or fully integrated, the Power dishwasher also offers performance a decisive boost washing and drying in 59 minutes.
